A Realtor since 1987, I began my career working for a local brokerage in Sacramento. From 1997 until the completion of sun city lincoln hills in late 2004, I was fortunate enough to work for the del webb corporation. i loved working for a builder that was so completely dedicated to the idea of creating a standalone community that provided a country club atmosphere to active adults.
Carolan Properties began in October 2004. We are located within the community near the main Orchard creek Lodge. I believe in the Del Webb concept and I intend to spend the remainder of my career helping clients exclusively in Lincoln Hills. I have been blessed to have my family join me in the company and feel confident that we offer our clients the highest level of service.

I was my Mother's first hire when she started carolan properties in 2004. Together, we built our first company website and designed all of our marketing materials.
In the early days, I held open houses and worked with buyers. I hold a real estate license, but had chosen to be in the administrative side of our business as i had small children at home. In March of 2008 we stared the property management Division of our company. Currently, I am managing a portfolio of more than 75 homes in Lincoln Hills for our clients, as well as taking care of "lease-ups" for other clients.
I take our mission statement very seriously; Intetegrity is everything.
